From your first call to your six-month follow-up.
Four stages. One physician across all of them.
Initial Consultation
An honest evaluation, not a sales pitch.
We sit down — really sit down — and walk through the joint, the imaging, the history, and the goals. About one in four people leaves with a recommendation that has nothing to do with what we offer. That's the deal.
- Full history and physical examination
- MRI / X-ray review in the room, on the screen, together
- Honest candidacy assessment — yes, no, or 'try this first'
- Itemized written treatment plan, including the cost, before you leave
- No commitment, no deposit, no pressure
Treatment Planning
A written plan you can actually read.
Within 48 hours of your consult, you receive a written care plan: the procedure, the rationale, the realistic outcomes, the contraindications, and the cost. No hidden line items. You decide on your timeline, not ours.
- Procedure-specific informed consent, sent in advance
- Pre-procedure instructions (medications to hold, fasting, transportation)
- Pricing breakdown — single number, no add-ons at check-in
- Direct access to the physician, by phone, for questions
Procedure Day
One physician. Image-guided. In-clinic.
Everything happens in our Ontario suite. The draw, the preparation, the injection — same room, same physician, same day. No tissue is shipped, no third party touches your sample.
- Local anesthesia (and, when chosen, light oral sedation)
- Ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance for every injection
- Concentration verified before delivery
- Recovery in a private room with refreshments
- Driver required if sedation is used
Recovery & Follow-Up
Structured loading, real follow-up.
The injection is half the work. The loading protocol — graded, written, specific — is the other half. We follow up at six weeks and twelve weeks, with a six-month reassessment. If something is not working, we say so and adjust.
- Day-by-day recovery instructions
- Written loading and rehab protocol
- 6-week and 12-week follow-up visits included
- Direct line to the clinic if anything changes
- Honest reassessment at six months — repeat, change course, or discharge
Practical answers.
Anything you don’t see here, ask at consultation — we’ll answer in writing on your care plan.
We do not finance through third parties. We accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, ACH, and Affirm at checkout. The price you see at consultation is the price you pay.
